Bamboo canes, for supporting plants, bird netting or rabbit guards, are a staple of many English gardens. Cane toppers are designed to cover the sharp end of the cane and keep you from poking your eye out while you garden! To me, they are sweet little finials that become beautiful garden ornament, while serving a useful function. Each one is thrown by hand, and will vary slightly in size and shape.
