These generously sized mixing bowls have a beautifully smooth white interior glaze, which plays against the more rustic and varied soda glazed exterior. These are bowls on which I turned a foot ring at the leather hard stage. This gives them a more elegant silhouette, while still being stable enough for vigorous mixing. The rolled rims make for easy handling in the kitchen or when serving at the table.
